The Reverend Spencer Potter is the Rector of St Andrew's Episcopal Church in Palmetto Bay Florida, a position he has held since February of 2009. From 2007 to 2009, he was the Associate Rector at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Prior to this, he was awarded a two-year Clergy Lilly Fellowship at St. James' in New York City. "Fr. Spencer", as he likes to be known, was also a Director of Family Ministries at Calvary Church and St. George's Church (two yoked parishes) in New York City for three years and was the Assistant Director of the Rock Point Summer Camp in the Diocese of Vermont. Fr. Spencer preaches Biblical-based sermons on contemporary issues. He is a student of Dr. Michael Kerr and Bowen Family Systems.

He is married to the love of his life Erin and together they have one son, Riley.

Dr. Ken Boos, Choir Director

Dr. Ken Boos has been the Director of the Choir at St. Andrew's since 2001. In addition to his ministry at St. Andrew Dr. Boos also conducts the Civic Chorale of Greater Miami, and is a Professor of Music at the Kendall Campus of Miami Dade College. He has held this position at the college since 1987 and has served in the past as Chair of the Performing Arts Department and Associate Dean for the School of Arts and Letters for 18 years.
 
Dr. Boos holds a Doctorate in Choral Conducting from the University of Miami, a Masters degree in Choral Conducting from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelors degree in Music Education from Heidelberg College.

Marion Scott, Organist

Marion Scott has just joined the Music Department as the Sunday Organist at St. Andrew's in the Spring of 2011 Marion Scott made his debut at the age of 14 under the baton of Roger Nuremberg. Since that time, Mr. Scott has established himself as a leader among a new generation of young pianists. In 2006 his musicality and technical prowess earned first prize at the Thousand Islands International Piano Competition and second prize at the Zimmerli Foundation International Piano Competition. Most recently, Mr. Scott was named the winner of the 2010 International Piano Competition hosted by the Steinway Society of Massachusetts.

Mr. Scott holds a Masters Degree from the Juilliard School and a Bachelors Degree from the Eastman School of Music. Mr. Scott is married to the brilliant and beautiful pianist Rosa Villar. Together, they enjoy performing duo concerts andmaking wonderful music.
