COUNTDOWN TO KICKOFF SUNDAY…
KICKOFF SUNDAY AT ST. ANDREW’S IS SEPTEMBER 7th.
 

After both our services there will be the usual Ministries Fair in Schofield Hall. We will have an opportunity to sign up to take part in the work of our traditional Commissions with:   

                                                         
·        WORSHIP -- Fr. Gary, Dr. Boos, Elizabeth Drueke, Terri Stephen, Leslie Zeien, Holly Jarrell, Nancy Tangredi, Lea Crawford and others;
·        YOUTH -- Pat Tamarit, Cathy Garwood, Bill Hemingway, Ronlyn Wilson, Frederique Vabre and others;
·        CHRISTIAN EDUCATION – Cindy Bingham, Sandi Smith, Kathy Lee, Inez Cooke, Bill Hemingway, Elizabeth Grant, Joyce Gobie, Angel Walkine, John Stephen, Fr. Gary and others;
·        EVANGELISM & CHURCH GROWTH – Peggy Peterson, Burt O’Donald, Bob & Vera Weaver, and others;
·        FELLOWSHIP – Johnny Reus, Steve Tangredi, Dave DeSerres , Cathy Garwood, Elizabeth Drueke, and others;
·        BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS [including the restoration projects] – ‘Drew Daniluk, Ron Pinder, Steve Tangredi, Michael Wiegert, and others:
·        COMMUNICATIONS – Steve Spoerl, John Stephen, Fr. Gary, Ellen Browning, Barbara Brown and others; [NOTE. We NEED someone to inventory and evaluate our many audio-visual equipment and resources, catalog and safely store them for use when needed!!!]
·        FINANCE – Fred Swendeman, Drew Daniluk, Bill Hemingway and others;
·        OUTREACH – Dossy Rodreguez, Linda Pinder, Johnny & Mary Reus, and others;
·        STEWARDSHIP – Joe Longobardi, Pat Williams and others
AND there are other opportunities:
Help Holly Jarrell re-start the children/youth chorus.    
Help Fr. Gary and other establish a “Parents’ Fellowship” to enjoy one another’s company and to be boosters for Christian Education for children and youth.
Help Fr. Gary, Dr. Ken Boos and other develop contemporary music and worship opportunities
Help complete the work of the Parish School Feasibility Task Group.
Anything YOU would like to start, lead, offer, promote, enhance, change (?) to add to our congregation’s ability to nourish one another and others on the spiritual journey.
