The Search Committee for St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church presents our Parish Profile.
It describes our parish and defines what we seek in our new Rector. Our Profile is the Result of a parish wide survey and dialogue with parishioners.
Please view the Parish Profile here. It is in PDF format and may be printed and distributed without permission.
Those wishing to be considered as candidates should submit the following by September 30, 2008:
1. Cover letter with a statement of interest
2. CDO personal profile, resume, and personal references
3. Up to a one-page response to each of the following:
- Please describe your spiritual journey and how that is reflected in your ministry.
- Please discuss your experience in congregational development in terms of membership growth, increasing stewardship and leading a diverse parish.
- Please describe your administrative experiences and personal management style and how you have been successful in your past and present ministries.
- Please describe your communication style in terms of your weekly sermons as well as other ways you maintain an ongoing conversation with your parish beyond the Sunday service.
